Level 1: Support Connection

Support Connection helps you start your NDIS journey with confidence.

We’ll assist you to:

  • Understand your NDIS plan and how to use it

  • Connect with local and community supports that suit your needs

  • Build your confidence to manage your supports independently

This level is ideal for participants who are new to the NDIS or need a little guidance getting started.

Please note, Aspire Journey Support Coordination does not provide after-hours crisis support.
